Do I need Premium to report a number?
No. Looking up and reporting are free for everyone, with or without an account. Premium is for people who want alerts and no ads, and it keeps the site running.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, depending on what is enabled at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see your card number.
What happens when I cancel?
Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. Your account, reports and watch list stay.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Cancel the current plan and choose the other one; or contact us and we will switch it for you.
