Share what happened
Describe the call, text or email: what they said, what they wanted, and how they tried to get it. Facts help others most.
Keep private details out
Do not post account numbers, home addresses, or the full names of private people. Our filters hold reports with personal details for review.
Be fair
Some numbers belong to real businesses, pharmacies and doctors’ offices. If a call was legitimate, say so and mark it as safe. No threats, insults or hate.
Moderation
Reports that break these rules are removed. Repeat or serious violations lead to a ban. Use the flag button to tell moderators about a problem post.
