What we collect
When you post a report we store the phone number, email address or website you reported, the details you type, the name you choose to show and a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your IP address that we use to stop spam and abuse. If you create an account we also store your email address, display name and the numbers you choose to watch. Paid members’ card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal), not stored by us.
How we use it
Reports are published so other people can recognize unwanted and fraudulent calls, texts and emails. Account data is used to run your account, send the alerts you ask for and keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal information.
What is public
Everything in a published report is public, including the display name you choose. Do not include your own or anyone else’s private details, such as home addresses, account numbers or full names of private individuals.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, stop alerts, or ask us to delete your account and reports at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
